Dalian Hongyuan Machinery Manufactory Co., Ltd. was established in May 1998 with a registered capital of 22.81 million dollars. It is located about 65 kilometers northeast of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, with convenient transportation and is close to Dalian International Airport and Port. The factory covers an area of 40,000㎡, with a construction area of 20,000㎡ and total power generation 9400KVA. The designed production capacity is nearly 20,000 tons of high-quality cast iron castings per year.

The company takes high-quality iron castings as its leading products, and its components such as pressure pumps, valve bodies, hydraulic parts, plunger pumps, and cylinder blocks, directly sold to world-class automobile manufacturers(OEM)at home and abroad, automobile braking systems, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, rail transit, wind power and other supporting facilities. Cast iron castings from QT400-18 to QT700-2 have stable production processes. The company's development in castings will focus on special castings such as brake discs/brake calipers for high-end passenger cars, pump bodies/valve bodies/housings for air compressor hydraulic systems. The finished parts include air compressor bodies, disc parts, pumps valves parts, with a monthly output of 30,000 pieces, and nearly 360 tons of finished products.
